Prinoth Snow Grooming U.S. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple U.S. locations. The role leads employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary HR partner, handling investigations, ensuring legal compliance, managing full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and leave programs, and maintaining HR records. Travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, recruiting, and performance management.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Position Summary

Prinoth Snow Grooming U.S. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple U.S. locations. This role provides leadership in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all positions, including hard-to-fill roles, through candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, workforce planning, new hire integration, and offboarding activities.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, employee communication, documentation, and return-to-work coordination.
• Promote workplace health and safety, support incident investigations, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leaves, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Calculate and process employee commissions while administering payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
• Maintain accurate employee records, I-9 documentation, and HR compliance files.
• Oversee fleet administration and ensure employee DOT certifications remain current and compliant.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for expense approvals and policy implementation.
• Partner with HR leadership and global teams to improve HR programs, policies, and processes.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or related experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, recruiting, training and performance management.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and/or remote teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or multinational organizations.
• Experience with multi-state compliance and payroll processes.
• Office Requirements:
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Ability to work at a computer and communicate by phone, email, and video conferencing for extended periods.
• Occasional travel to other U.S. locations may be required.

Work Schedule:

Work 3 days per week, with flexibility to work 4 days during peak periods.
