Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA seeks an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to align people practices with business priorities across multiple locations. This role is hands-on and strategic, involving workforce planning, coaching, and risk management in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The successful candidate will partner with operations leaders to improve retention, drive engagement, and ensure compliant, consistent HR service across sites. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Six+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP/HR Generalist roles.
• Experience leading HR and Recruiting teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume, multi-shift operations in logistics or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, regional, and functional leaders to align people practices with business needs.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount decisions, and staffing strategies.
• Oversee recruiting priorities, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, and conflict resolution.
• Develop people analytics dashboards and reports to drive action.
