Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and laws.
• Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations and resolutions.
• Assist with workforce ramp-up and expansion of manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard top talent for manufacturing and warehouse positions.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee integration activities.
• Support training, talent reviews, employee development, and learning initiatives.
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and Employee Handbook.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support benefits administration and annual open enrollment activities.
• Provide payroll-related support including timecard reconciliation, reporting, and incentive administration.
• Participate in cross-functional HR and business projects.
