Colonial Group seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for leaders and employees across the U.S. manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will drive people strategies, engagement, culture, and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent development, performance, and compliance, while fostering a values-driven workplace where employees can grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR compliance.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Strong communication, coaching, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven credibility to influence leaders and drive engagement.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to managers and employees, guiding workforce decisions and building high-performing teams.
• Respond to employee concerns, conduct investigations, and uphold company policies with fairness and respect.
• Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and development planning for clarity and accountability.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, training, and career development initiatives.
• Assist with workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, promotions, transfers.
• Help implement HR programs, systems, and change management processes.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to improve engagement.
• Strengthen communication and the employee experience across the lifecycle.
