Job summary

Compal USA Technology is seeking an experienced HRBP Generalist to support our Taylor and Georgetown TX manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role partners with leaders to deliver HR guidance across a 500-1,000 employee/contractor workforce.

You will drive employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of HR laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ADP preferred.

Compal is seeking an experienced and dynamic HRBP Generalist to support our growing manufacturing and warehouse operations in Taylor, Texas. This role will serve as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, providing HR guidance and support across a workforce of approximately 500-1,000 employees and contractors.

The HRBP Generalist will play a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce by partnering with business leaders on employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operations initiatives.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and best practices.
• Support employee relations matters and assist with workplace investigations and resolutions.
• Support workforce ramp-up and expansion of manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard top talent for manufacturing and warehouse positions.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee integration activities.
• Support training, talent reviews, employee development, and learning initiatives.
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and Employee Handbook.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support benefits administration and annual open enrollment activities.
• Provide support for payroll-related activities including timecard reconciliation, reporting, and incentive administration.
• Participate in cross-functional HR and business projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial workforce.
