Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Palmdale, CA, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Manufacturing Operations on-site. This role reports to a Human Resources Manager 2 and drives HR strategies across the full employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will partner with COEs and business leaders to implement succession, development, and performance programs, while influencing organizational change and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of HR experience OR Masters degree and 3 years of HR experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals.
• Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion.
• Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture across geographies.
