The Davis Companies Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a growing manufacturing facility in Texas.

You will partner with plant leadership across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, payroll, and development for ~100 employees, with growth to 130. Responsibilities include recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, policy guidance, investigations, compensation support, and engagement initiatives, with strong emphasis on compliance

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Must have HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
Must have worked in HR in Texas and possess strong knowledge of Texas employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
Strong background in compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance, and workforce planning.
Heavy payroll experience required.
ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred (candidates with strong ADP experience may be considered).
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain/re-certify within one year of employment.
Must be eligible to work on government contracts.
Supports approximately 100 employees across 3 shifts, with anticipated growth to 130 employees.
Occasional local travel may be required.

Mansioni

Manage recruiting and staffing for hourly and salaried positions.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law compliance, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
Support compensation planning, salary administration, and employee communications.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and change management efforts.
Analyze HR metrics and partner with corporate HR to develop effective workforce solutions.
Oversee HR administration and payroll processes.
