Job summary

Compal USA Technology Inc. in Texas seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to support a safe, fair, and compliant workplace across manufacturing operations. You will handle investigations, policy interpretation, attendance, performance management, and disciplinary actions on the production floor.

You will partner with HR and site leadership to ensure timely, objective handling of employee concerns, while maintaining confidentiality and consistency across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations questions and issues.
• Conduct timely, objective workplace investigations and document findings.
• Conduct interviews with employees, witnesses, and supervisors.
• Provide guidance on corrective actions, performance management, and terminations.
• Partner with supervisors and leadership to address attendance and conduct concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure consistent application of policies.
