Suzano Packaging USA is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our industrial operations. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while maintaining a hands-on presence with plant teams on the shop floor.

This role drives people initiatives that enable business results, supports organizational transformation, and translates people strategy into practical solutions for operational excellence and technological evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner for industrial/manufacturing operations preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of workplace safety, productivity, and org climate.
• On-site work at the Pine Bluff plant.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner for Suzano Packaging USA’s industrial operations.
• Support leaders and operational teams, serving as a close point of contact in daily activities.
• Translate people strategy into practical solutions for operational excellence.
• Manage the people budget and oversee performance, development, and succession cycles.
• Monitor HR metrics and indicators.
• Facilitate People & Culture training sessions.
• Support diversity goals within the industrial context.
• Partner with Talent Development to design growth solutions.
• Lead alignment meetings for workforce planning, development, succession, mobility, engagement, change management, retention, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence for alignment and continuity.
• Contribute to Collective Bargaining Agreement processes with Labor Relations.
