Job summary

Suzano Packaging USA is seeking an HR Business Partner to support industrial operations on-site at the Pine Bluff mill. You will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, translating people strategy into practical actions that drive operational excellence and change.

You will manage HR programs, budget, and metrics, partner with Talent Development, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align People & Culture initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on role on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner for Suzano Packaging USA’s industrial operations.
• Support leaders and operational teams with day-to-day HR activities.
• Drive people initiatives aligned with business results.
• Manage the people budget and HR metrics.
• Interface with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and execution.
