Symbiotic Services, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with the HR Manager in delivering comprehensive HR support across assigned business units and plant locations. The role focuses on implementing HR programs, ensuring compliance, and acting as a liaison among employees, management, and HR.

The HRBP will drive policy consistency, manage recruitment, maintain job descriptions, and support payroll and benefits activities while promoting a culture aligned with company values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of HR experience.
• Experience partnering with managers and handling employee relations.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes.

Mansioni

• Partner with HR Manager to execute HR initiatives and ensure policy consistency.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offers.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and business needs.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll deadlines, and compliance with policies.
• Provide translation support as needed for clear workplace communication.
• Advise management on HR policies and programs and assist with Open Enrollment.
