Job summary

VPET USA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and drive our people strategy on the production floor. You will bridge business objectives with workforce needs, partnering with operations to build a high-performing, compliant manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on strategic partnership, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, with a hands-on approach on the shop floor in a fast-paced plastics

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with manufacturing background preferred.
• Experience partnering with operations leadership in a plant/production environment.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with production goals.
• Forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines for key roles.
• Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles.
• Coach managers on performance, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA, and safety regulations.
