Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with managers and employees at the Albany, GA facility, driving continuous improvement of HR processes and business results in an onsite setting.

You will build relationships with operations leaders, coach supervisors, analyze data, and advance Principle Based Management while ensuring alignment with our core values and conduct.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Manager role
• Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive initiatives
• Experience developing and partnering with front line supervisors
• Experience analyzing data and presenting to leaders
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement of Principle Based Management with operations
• Build trusted relationships with operations leaders and employees
• Coach supervisors on gap-closure and talent development plans
• Use business acumen to understand drivers of performance and deliver results
• Develop labor strategies and lead improvement initiatives
• Advise leaders on change management and employee development
• Drive HR innovation in processes and functions
• Anticipate needs and issues before they arise
