Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support operations in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will align HR initiatives with business needs, advise on employee relations, and drive talent management and performance improvements across the unit.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of HR partnering experience, with strong communication and analytical skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. HRIS proficiency and knowledge of SA labor law are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years as an HR Business Partner or generalist with strong partnering responsibilities.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business unit leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR plans in Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate on talent management initiatives, including workforce and succession planning and development programs.
• Support the performance management process, helping managers set goals, give feedback, and drive improvements.
• Advise on compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
• Contribute to organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making for business leaders.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to the unit.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through employee engagement strategies.
• Act as change agent, championing HR initiatives and best practices within the unit.
