Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with talent management, ER, and HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies, workforce planning, succession and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders to identify current and future talent needs and design solutions.
• Oversee performance management to drive growth and accountability.
• Manage complex employee relations issues per policies and legal requirements.
• Drive employee engagement and action plans to improve the work environment.
• Collaborate with recruitment to attract and retain top talent and build a strong pipeline.
• Coach line managers on performance, development, and retention.
