Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our client in Randburg, Gauteng. This hybrid role partners with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of HR experience, including 3 years as HRBP, with strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years as HRBP.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Advise on talent management, workforce planning, succession, and development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with policy guidance.
