Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in management in manufacturing/industrial.
• Experience with CCMA and SA labour law essential.
• Proven leadership in HR operations, talent management and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations in the Queenstown manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operations.
• Manage employee relations, disputes, and collective bargaining if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with SA labour legislation and policies.
• Lead recruitment and selection for operational roles.
• Drive performance management and employee development programs.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Promote safe, healthy work environment with safety committees.
