Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner to Production Software leaders across the Americas. You will translate business strategy into people strategies and ensure talent, structure, leadership, and culture align with objectives.

The role spans a distributed organization, balancing strategic work with hands-on execution, requiring data-informed decisions and change leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
• Strategic HR partner with ability to connect people decisions to business objectives.
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Extensive employee relations experience, including handling sensitive situations with sound judgment.
• Experience advising leaders in manufacturing, industrial, technology, software, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Ability to use HR data and analytics to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to challenge leaders constructively in a fast-paced, matrixed org.
