Job summary

Western Digital Corporation seeks an HR Business Partner to provide strategic people consultation across our Product and Engineering organization in the U.S. You will own and drive the talent strategy for aligned client groups, translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organizational planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; master's preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources
• 3+ years as HR Business Partner in a complex organization
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of Product & Engineering
• Data fluency and ability to translate workforce insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience applying AI, automation, and technology-enabled solutions to business challenges and organizational effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and leadership coach to senior leaders
• Drive and align talent strategy for Product and Engineering client groups with business strategy
• Translate business priorities into workforce plans, talent initiatives, and employee engagement actions
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team development and organizational health
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions and measure outcomes
