• Significant progressive experience in Human Resources and HR consultation to senior leaders.
• Experience supporting organization design and large-scale organizational change.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development.

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for an assigned functional group.
• Translate business priorities into integrated people, organization and capability plans.
• Coach leaders on performance, development and organizational change.
