Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner in Houston, TX to partner with leadership on talent management, organization design, and HR strategy. The role drives engagement, onboarding, performance, and succession planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven HR insights.

You will collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives, design workforce plans, and monitor KPIs to support business goals in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: oversee acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Organization Design & Workforce Planning: advise on design and workforce planning.
• HR Metrics & Reporting: update HR KPIs and analyze data for insights.
• Compliance: ensure legal compliance and stay updated on HR requirements.
• Employee Relations: address concerns and guide on conflict resolution.
