Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Piscataway, NJ is seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner Manager to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional direction, enhance engagement, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

This role covers talent management, acquisition, organization design, and HR KPIs for the scope population, with responsibilities including leadership coaching, workforce planning, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, master preferred.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience with at least 3 in a strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and succession planning.
• Launch talent management processes and training & development plans.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management.
• Collaborate on succession plans for key talents and roles.
• Identify training needs and lead development planning.
• Lead Training Plan, Success Planning and manage discussions with management.
• Provide HR guidance on organization design and workforce planning.
• Update monthly HR KPIs and analyze HR data.
