Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring an Human Resources Partner Specialist in Houston, TX. The role provides high‑level administrative HR support, onboarding, and guidance for core HR activities within the Corporate Functions organization.

You will handle employee inquiries, reporting, and compliance while serving as a reliable resource to employees, managers, and HR leadership. You will manage recruitment support, interview coordination, new hire documentation, and benefits enrollment coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR admin, coordinator, or specialist experience.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment, staffing, and employment-related activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general questions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for exempt and non-exempt roles; track candidates and job requisitions in ATS.
• Process job requisitions and facilitate offers, including new hire docs and offers.
• Review, verify, and process new hire paperwork including benefits enrollment coordination.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth, compliant new hire experience.
• Track employee data and HR metrics; prepare reports for leadership.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence professionally.
• Assist with audits, compliance docs, and confidential recordkeeping.
• Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned.
• Perform other duties to support HR function.
