CEVA Logistics is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter in Houston to lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract and hire top talent. The role emphasizes strategic advisory, proactive pipelines, and compliant processes across CEVA’s global operations.

You will drive candidate experiences, collaborate across functions, and help shape CEVA’s talent strategy while aligning with employment laws and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across CEVA, partnering with leaders and HR.
• Build and execute recruiting plans aligned to business priorities.
• Define role requirements with hiring managers and advise on market trends.
• Assess candidates for role fit, competencies, and organizational fit.
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring decisions.
• Utilize ATS to track activity and report in compliance with policies.
• Enhance candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
• Support broader talent acquisition projects as needed.
