Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an HR Partner Senior Specialist in Des Plaines, IL to drive talent management, onboarding, performance and succession planning across assigned sites. You will partner with site leaders to support employee relations, workforce planning and engagement, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes partnering with management, leading training plans, and implementing HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong data acumen and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Launch talent management processes and develop training tools to ensure deployment.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Collaborate with management to design succession plans for key talents.
• Identify training needs for business units and executive coaching.
• Lead Training Plan, Success Planning, and Individual Development Plans.
• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on organization design and workforce planning.
• Update HR KPIs, analyze data, and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
