Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring an onsite Human Resources Partner Specialist in Houston, TX. You will provide high-level HR guidance, support onboarding, and manage employment processes across Corporate Functions.

The role requires 3+ years in HR administration or coordination, proficiency with HRIS and ATS, and an emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 3 years of progressive HR admin/coord/ specialist experience
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred, not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS & ATS

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for recruitment, staffing, and employment-related activities
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employment topics
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for exempt and non-exempt roles and track candidates in the recruiting system
• Process job requisitions and facilitate job offers, including new hire documents
• Review and verify new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment coordination
• Support onboarding activities for a smooth new hire experience
• Track HR data and prepare reports for HR leadership
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence professionally
• Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and confidential recordkeeping
• Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned
• Perform other duties to support the HR function
