Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Senior HR Manager to own people strategy for an assigned region. You will partner with Contract Logistics leadership to enable performance, scalability, and long-term growth, serving as a strategic advisor on workforce planning and HR governance across multi-site operations.

You will drive succession planning for Senior Manager+ and coach HRBPs, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and consistent HR practices while guiding complex employee relations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience leading labor relations in unionized environments and working with union representatives.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the people strategy aligned to sub-product priorities and business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design to support growth and efficiency.
• Partner with sub-product leadership; present workforce insights, risks, and HR priorities in leadership forums and MBRs.
• Own succession planning (Senior Manager+) and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure consistent performance calibration and drive engagement and culture outcomes.
• Develop and coach HRBPs to strengthen capability and future HR leadership pipeline.
• Lead workforce implications tied to transformation initiatives and organizational changes.
