Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to support a large hourly workforce at a Colorado Springs facility. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, engagement, and operational excellence while leveraging data insights and AI-enabled tools.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own critical employee experience initiatives. With a focus on inclusion, performance management, and process improvement, you will balance strategic and tactical work, delivering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management
• MBA is preferred for advanced roles and leadership alignment
