Deluxe Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and supporting engagement, development, and retention. The role emphasizes partnership with leadership to drive a high-performance culture.

The HRBP will handle workforce planning, talent management, performance coaching, and change management, ensuring compliant, consistent HR practices across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8 years HR experience, or a Bachelor's in HR/Business with 5 years HR experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar; 5 years HR experience.
• 2 years HR experience supporting client groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning & Consultation with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Employee Relations guidance on issues, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary action; conduct investigations of medium complexity and risk level.
• Performance Management support including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and annual reviews.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to anticipate staffing needs and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Change Management support to leaders and employees during organizational change with clear communication.
