The role acts as a strategic consultant, handling workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations while guiding leaders through change initiatives.

The position is part-time (24-32 hours/week) with responsibilities spanning performance management, investigations, onboarding, and policy application to sustain a high-performance culture

Qualifications

• 8 years HR experience or 5 years with Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to leaders and manage HR programs
• Handle employee relations, investigations, performance management and discipline
• Support talent acquisition and workforce planning for multiple locations
• Assist with change management initiatives and organizational design
