Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience including generalist and strategic partner duties
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Experience advising senior leadership in a multi-site or matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with objectives and workforce planning
• Lead strategic HR projects or act as program manager for company-wide initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on performance management, goal setting, coaching, reviews and improvements
• Handle employee relations, including workplace issues and policy guidance
• Drive onboarding improvements to ensure a consistent new hire experience
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on postings, descriptions, and hiring strategies
• Support engagement initiatives and retention programs
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and leave administration; ensure compliance with laws
