Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to support two manufacturing locations and 185 employees across three shifts. The role partners with leadership to design HR strategies, advise on workforce planning, and manage employee relations with a focus on engagement, development, and retention.

The HRBP will assist in performance management, change activities, and recruitment support, ensuring policy compliance and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office required.

Responsibilities
