Qualifications

• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred; Paycom experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Provides performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Supports the compliance team with complex employee relations issues.
• Oversees recruitment, selection, and HRIS-related activities including records maintenance and exits.
• Collaborates with management to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
• Ensures HR processes and policies are followed and employees are informed about procedures.
