Job summary

Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in the Houston area to advise leaders on Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and more.

This role collaborates with HR teams and business leaders to implement people strategies across the organization. The successful candidate will have 7–10 years of HRBP experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR, and professional HR certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of HRBP experience in financial services is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders on talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Coach managers on performance, culture, and change leadership.
• Manage end-to-end Hire to Retire processes including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Lead the internship program and temporary hires to ensure smooth onboarding and continuity.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and support D&I initiatives.
• Collect and analyze HR data to drive improvements and report findings.
