El Paso County is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning. You will align HR operations with business objectives and support organizational change management.

The role reports to the Employee Relations Supervisor and requires a strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and risk management. Local travel may be involved.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to interpret and apply Federal, State, and Local policies, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
• Ability to analyze problems and complex data to identify solutions and outcomes.
• Excellent writing, note-taking, and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building during difficult situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team.
