The role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, and organizational change, with responsibility for standardized HR practices and compliance across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience in senior HRBP/HR leadership roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives and partnering with C-suite leadership.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• Experience in large, multi-location organizations and driving standardized HR processes.
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience leading organizational change and cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the VP of Human Resources and senior leadership.
• Partner with C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders to align HR with business priorities.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies with measurable results.
• Drive HR process standardization, governance, and risk management across locations.
• Support organizational change initiatives and executive leadership through transitions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and functional partners to resolve workforce challenges.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with discretion and fairness.
