• PHR/SPHR or Master’s in HR is preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS (ADP) and MS Office, especially Excel, is required.

• Serve as a business partner with site management to manage HR functions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide direction to supervisors on HR policies, laws, and employment situations.
• Administer Staffing, Training, Employee Relations, Safety, Compliance, Benefits, Retention, and Compensation programs.
