  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or complex operations.
  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience managing professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with employee relations, HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver employee communications on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and initiatives.
  • Partner with corporate and cross-functional HR teams to support goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver employee communications related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or other complex operational environment.
  • 3+ years managing HR professionals or equivalent HR leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience with employee relations, HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
