Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, HR Business Advisor within the Office of the CFO to partner with senior leaders in shaping the talent agenda and ensuring accountability across workforce strategy, performance, succession, compensation and organizational effectiveness.

You will diagnose issues using data, advise on design and workforce planning, and lead execution in partnership with HR centers of excellence and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR experience advising senior leaders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a large, global, matrixed org.
• Strong business acumen; connect talent actions to outcomes.
• Executive presence with clear, confident communication.
• Strong analytical skills; leverage data to drive actions.
• Proven judgment and risk awareness in complex employee matters.
• Strong program leadership to drive end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of the people agenda for the aligned business area(s).
• Advise and influence senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Lead end-to-end compensation and performance cycles for the aligned population.
• Shape and drive talent and succession planning with COEs.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and risk awareness.
• Use MIS/reporting and analytics to create data-driven narratives and actions.
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change efforts as HRBA point person.
