Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience with broad business partnership.
• Strong project management and end-to-end process improvement.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive HR initiatives.
• Analytical mindset to identify issues, trends and solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture and matrixed org.
• Coaches employees and managers through complex issues/change.
• Good judgment and decision-making under time pressure.
• Partnering with Employee Relations and HR Legal on complex matters.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with AI/ emerging tech insights.

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to set the people agenda and implement initiatives.
• Support performance and talent cycles including succession planning and development.
• Guide on performance and conduct issues with Employee Relations and HR Law.
• Assist year-end compensation processes with baselines and salary planning guidance.
• Engage in employee listening and share insights to inform actions.
• Provide development and coaching for senior managers and leaders.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness and functional design as needed.
• Utilize workforce data to identify trends and inform client decisions.
• Lead or participate in HR projects aligned with priorities.
