Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President (VP), HR Business Advisor (HRBA) to partner with CCOR leadership, translating business and risk priorities into a people agenda. You will influence senior leaders, shape workforce, performance, and compensation decisions, and lead large-scale HR initiatives in a global environment.

You will leverage data, business acumen, and risk awareness to deliver sustainable talent outcomes, partnering with HR colleagues and COEs across the firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience advising senior leaders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a large global matrix.
• Strong business acumen linking talent actions to outcomes.
• Executive presence and confident communication.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills using data.
• Proven judgment and risk awareness in complex situations.
• Strong program/project leadership delivering end-to-end HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive people agenda for the aligned business area(s).
• Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and org change.
• Lead end-to-end compensation and performance cycles for the population.
• Shape talent and succession planning in partnership with COEs.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with risk-aware approach.
• Use MIS and analytics to create data-driven narratives and recommendations.
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change as HRBA point person.
