You will partner with business leaders on talent, performance cycles, compensation, and organizational design as the business evolves. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Human Resource experience with broad people strategies.
• Ability to influence leaders and partner across levels of the business.
• Strong analytical capability to identify issues and root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Experience coaching employees and management through change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to set people agenda and implement initiatives.
• Support performance and talent cycles with succession planning and promotions.
• Provide guidance on performance and conduct issues with ER and HR Law.
• Contribute to year-end compensation processes and salary planning.
• Engage in employee listening initiatives and share actionable insights.
• Coach senior managers and emerging leaders with talent team partnerships.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness and design as the business evolves.
• Use workforce data to inform metrics-driven client decisions.
• Lead or participate in HR projects aligned with priorities.
