• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Public Policy, Real Estate, Housing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years in municipal housing, affordable housing administration, community development, or housing policy; 2–3 years in executive management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and administrative direction across all divisions in the Department of Housing Services.
• Develop and implement strategic housing policies and ordinances aligned with NJ UHAC and Fair Share obligations.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations and manage the Affordable Housing Monitoring System.
• Identify and secure grant funding and cultivate partnerships with public and private stakeholders.
