Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in affordable housing, including operations and asset management.
• Experience leading development projects from feasibility to stabilization.
• Hands-on LIHTC compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of HUD Section 8, HOME, and CDBG regulations.
• Experience supervising property management or facilities staff.
• Strong regulatory reporting and audits management.
• Financial literacy to manage budgets and operating statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with funders and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and funding management.
• Manage long-term asset and portfolio performance.
• Supervise Housing Operations, Compliance, and Facilities staff.
• Lead development, acquisition, preservation, and redevelopment efforts.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, architects, attorneys, and regulators.
• Advise the CEO on housing strategy and organizational sustainability.
