Job summary

The City of Princeton HRA seeks a strategic leader to oversee a 40-unit public housing program and manage overall program performance.

Reporting to the Princeton HRA Board of Directors, this role focuses on leadership, budgeting, compliance with HUD and Fair Housing Act, resident services, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Leadership experience in housing programs or public sector management.
• Strong knowledge of HUD programs, Fair Housing Act regulations, and public housing operations.
• Experience with budgeting, finance, and program oversight.

• Leads all operations of the City of Princeton HRA.
