Te-Certified-Electrical,-Plumbing,-Heating- is seeking a Hiring Coordinator to manage the day-to-day recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from posting to onboarding.

The role emphasizes screening resumes, coordinating offers, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records with strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and proofreading.
• Familiarity with Home Service Construction/Trades is a big plus though not required!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring from posting to onboarding, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of all applicants and candidates, including resumes and interview feedback.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Track and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Work cooperatively with team members and maintain professional relationships.
