TEKsystems in Portland, OR is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team and help shape the employee experience. You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to ensure a seamless start for new employees.

In this contract-to-hire role, you will handle full-cycle recruitment, reference checks, and HR administrative tasks while delivering exceptional service to both candidates and managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-cycle recruitment
• Create tailored hiring plans and recruitment timelines
• Build candidate pipelines and source passive candidates
• Review resumes and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews and prepare debriefs
• Ensure tools and support for candidates and teams
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offers
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
• Oversee onboarding activities from offer to integration
• Provide hands-on onboarding support and ensure structured plans
• Follow up with new hires and managers to ensure smooth transitions
• Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and drive improvements
• Consult with hiring managers on best practices and candidate engagement
