You will maintain applicant records, communicate with candidates, and track key metrics while ensuring compliance with employment laws. A collaborative team environment and professional conduct are expected.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Hiring Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring from posting to onboarding, including resume screening and scheduling interviews.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and feedback.
• Communicate with candidates and provide updates.
• Prepare offers and onboarding documents.
• Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professional relationships.
