Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will source, screen, interview, select, and transition qualified candidates into new-hire training while upholding a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and capable of juggling multiple requisitions and pipelines, adapting quickly to changing client staffing requirements and driving strategic talent

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous BPO, contact center, healthcare, insurance, or customer-service recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a large candidate pipeline.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for multiple clients, programs, locations, or training classes simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, job boards, and recruiting analytics.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume customer service, contact center, back-office, and other operational positions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines sufficient to support current and projected hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, recruiting events, and other channels.
• Conduct timely applicant review, phone screens, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
• Coordinate interviews and selection activities with hiring managers and operations leadership.
• Extend employment offers and maintain candidate engagement through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
