Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume and corporate recruiting for the Mobility department. You will forecast demand, guide sourcing, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring practices while coaching a recruiting team to achievestretch goals.

You will partner with leaders to optimize processes, leverage AI and automation, and drive metrics-driven improvements to candidate experience and time-to-hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years in talent acquisition or related field.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and corporate functions.
• Forecasts hiring demand and develops staffing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversees recruiters and recruiting staff to ensure consistent Talent Acquisition processes.
• Consults with hiring leaders on sourcing, compensation, and hiring approach.
• Monitors KPIs and drives continuous improvement in TA processes.
